There was a nice breeze here to make the day enjoyable - managed 8k. I am really feeling the effects of being a slug for several weeks.

Mild, sunny weather here, absolutely beautiful. Did my short run to finish up my week of running everyday. Feeling better now than I did at the start of this week! :)
