Tepid Tuesday . . .

At least it felt that way this morning when I went out. I have a hunch it will be torrid Tuesday here by mid day, LOL. 11K on the road.

10k under a hazy sky this morning. Looks like the smoke from the fires has made it's way to the lower mainland.

Just short of 9k here. The haze from the smoke kept the temperature down a bit today but the air quality did not help my lungs. My legs are still feeling effects of my lack of running in July.
