One of the warmest days we've had here all year, finally, summer has arrived in Sherbrooke. I ran 4.22k in the woods early this morning.

It is stinking hot here, literally stinking- the smell of smoke is getting worse by the day. I cannot imagine what it must be like for the people who live close to the fires. It must be awful................

6.5K done with a couple of friends. 8)
