Well not really, but it was still pretty humid out there!

9K for me on the trails being savaged by mosquitos and deer flies :evil:

Did 5k with the gals, I was thinking that the crap air would finally get the best of me as this run was all along streets but the run was fine -just hot and muggy. Looking forward to a change in the weather on Saturday - it would be nice to see the mountains again.
