I had to fight that voice in the back of my head saying to quit because I'm tired. I won, 13k done.

I made a running "date" with a friend for tonight so I can't bail. He's picking me up in 15 min so at least I will get out. It's my first run this month. :shock: :oops:

we did Lynn Loop, which is about 8km, though strava says 8.7km.

It was still stupid hot, even after 7pm. But the good news is that the air is clearing! The sky is blue again! We can see the mountains!!
