13K in humid conditions this morning. Happy I got done early while there was lots of cloud cover.

5km run through the fields and meadows. Lots of dew on the ground. I didn't run into any spider webs this time.lol

Did an expedition to Port Moody with the gang - we did 12k including a wicked downhill (100m drop over a km) that pretty much trashed my quads. We followed that up with a mini-craft brew pub crawl - we only hit two of the four craft beer stops available in the area.

2019 plans - Sun Run Clinic (as usual), make it past tax season with sanity intact, start training, Chicago Marathon !!!

I walked 8.34k this morning, with a few running steps thrown in here and there. I walked another 3 or 4 kilometers this evening. It wasn't hot today, but very humid.
