Sunday, Bloody Sunday!

Postby ultraslacker » Sun Aug 20, 2017 2:00 pm

Ok just a little bloody... I got attacked by a blackberry bush and my arm is all scratched up... it's going to hurt in the shower...

Just a 5km loop with a friend who is also wanting to get back in shape. It was our first time running/hiking together. She was complaining about all the climbing I "made" her do. 8) And then said after that it was good so I guess we'll make a good pair. Planning to run together again next week.

I did a little over 7k walking, with a little running thrown in. I hope to try for a small increase in running tomorrow.
