Not hot or smokey here, more like cool and damp. 11K in the rain, LOL :)

Definitely hot here, not too smoky today.

Did a 8ish k run to Deer Lake, I spent a lot of time staring at the path in front of my feet but I did look up at one point to take in the fabulous view of the lake with the north shore mountains in the background.

It is days like this when I am amazed at what beautiful city this is with awesome pockets of nature right in the middle of the metropolis.
