Worn Out Wednesday . . .

Postby NMG » Wed Nov 01, 2017 7:24 pm

Legs felt like they were made of lead and I just couldn't get into any type of rhythm. I called it in and just did a quick circle around the neighbourhood for 3.5K.

I did 7.5km to start November on the right foot. It was a beautiful day and I stopped a couple of times to take pics. Walked the hills.

I did 5k on Wednesday morning on my treadmill. Not how I would have liked to start November, but I'll take it!
