Saucy Saturday . . .
Saucy Saturday . . .
8K for me in the greenbelt this morning. Saucy because I had someone look at me and flippantly remark "shorts . . . really?", LOL. I didn't see the issue, it was gorgeous outside!

A nice easy 10k with the gang, it was raining while we were waiting to start but let up by the time we were ready to run. It was nice to just run without any training objective. Now just have to see if we can keep motivated through the rest of a wet November.

I had a lovely 10k in Seabrook trails. While out there, I decided to go easy in my half marathon tomorrow. The half marathon is for fun. I don't want to hurt anything. Hope everyone has a fun Saturday.

I went to Lethbridge for the Claus Cause 5km/10km. I ran the 5km. 3rd in my age group. I got a little gingerbread man for my effort.
If you have to ask me why I Run, You probably wouldn't understand!
