Super Tempo Saturday

Postby Spirit Unleashed » Sat Feb 03, 2018 1:19 pm

I amazed myself again. Even though yesterday was a somewhat difficult 23 miles; I jumped out of the box and ran fast for 2h14 minutes today, at 11 min/mile pace. Well, 11 min/mile is fast for me.

That is amazing, I did nothing yesterday and I only managed 14k today at about the same speed.

My moving pace may have been a bit faster but we were running an urban route with a lot of street lights. The bonus was that there was a break in the rains so managed to stay dry for the whole run and even glimpsed some blue sky !!!
