If you are celebrating Ash Wednesday, too bad. No candy for you. For everyone else: chocolate and roses YaY!!!!

I did r/w 1.5/1.5,3/3 x 2 today. Nice to have more run time

I don't celebrate valentines or ash wednesday. But I DO celebrate chocolate. :lol:

Maybe I will treat myself to something nice...

3 miles done on the dreadmill this morning.... I went to a gym I've never been to before and even though I was careful to sign up on the board, I think I might have signed up for the wrong spot on the wrong machine and I hope I didn't make anyone angry... though no one complained... :shock: :oops:
