Postby Spirit Unleashed » Thu Feb 15, 2018 4:07 pm

We had our unit annual meeting today. We got done early so I high tailed it home.... and washed the car in 80F sunshine.

60 min elliptical before work. (tapering)

I did not get out early! In fact I'm having a hard time getting out at all!

I think I will go do quarry rock... I just want to go back to bed... I have no meetings today so I thought I would work at home but I confess I have not gotten any work done... instead I have accomplished one nap and two cups of coffee... sooooooo tired....

Pretty late run here - 6pm.

I haven't been sleeping that well lately so I have been feeling really tired the last few days. If I had realized earlier how tired I was feeling I would have skipped tonight's run but I knew there would only be a couple of us so I decided to tough it out. Run was ok but definitely sluggish - managed our usual 6k in 40 minutes.
