Managed a very painful double

Ran/walked 8.5 km this morning (with a mid run skytrain ride to catch up with the gals) - my lungs are burning

60 minute Dragon Boat practice this afternoon

84/100

I'm supposed to have another double day tomorrow but if my lungs don't feel better I will skip my swim class.

Day 86

Did a 30 minute run before clinic (it was supposed to be a 5km run but I couldn't do it), then a 44 min run with the clinic and a 5min warm up and cool down.

My lungs were feeling a little be better today, the razors stabbbing at them are getting duller.

I will definitely not be going to my swim class

I have fallen off posting here; catch up time:

Day 82 (Wednesday): 1-hour swim
Day 83 (Thursday): 9K run
Day 84 (Friday): 6K run, circuit class
Day 85 (Saturday): 30 min bike, short run
Day 86 (Sunday): Short triathlon

This made 86/100 as of Sunday.

Then yesterday I took my first complete rest day. The triathlon was unplanned when I joined the challenge. :) Since my initial goal was to do 100 days of activity and not count double days as more than one "point", I will be less than 100/100 in the end. That's ok... a new challenge has begun. I'll continue here though...

Day 8 - did not get a workout in today (10/8)
Day 7 - 17 km run at The Dome (10/7)
Day 6 - 5 km run at lunch and 45 min swim in evening (9/6)
Day 5 - 9.5 km on snowy trails - night run (7/5)
Day 4 - 8 km at lunch and 5km with the RR in the evening (6/4)
Day 3 - 1 hour Yin Yoga and 8 km on the TM (4/3)
Day 2 - 1.5 hours swimming - tough workout (2/2)
Day 1 - 30 km run -- they won't all be like this!(1/1)

May - Sulphur Spring 100 miler - DNS
Sept - Army HM
Sept/Oct - 50 miler
Oct - Pace Bunny - Toronto Scotia Waterfront
Dec - Reggae Marathon in Jamaica

Day 93

Morning - 8.5 km in 68 min

Evening - 60 min swim

I've finally managed to catch up again, fingers crossed I can stay healthy for the next week.
