I didn't end up doing anything yesterday so I broke the streak, but back on today with a run. :)

so, running every day isn't going to work for me (I kinda knew that already but wanted to try the streak anyway). I guess I'm out of my own challenge.

I knew I wouldn't be able to run every day, but doing the running or cycling every day has still been a challenge. There have been several times when I might have just taken a rest day if it weren't for this challenge! :) So, thanks.

+1

I knew I couldn't run every day but because of the challenge twice now I've spent time doing stretching, rolling and doing core work instead of heading directly for the couch. I also went for a an easy walk on Sunday when I was feeling sick enough that normally I would have done nothing (but well enough that the fresh air helped a bit).

I broke my streak on Saturday. I considered counting a couple of walks to the park + 15 minutes of stretching as my activity for the day, but adding the stretching, the walks aren't really out of the norm for weekend activity.

I was back on the horse with a shortish long run yesterday.

Me too!

I'll update here soon... but just wondering-- is there any reason why the spreadsheet skipped a week after Dec 25?

Unless I'm missing something...anyway, I just fixed it. :)
