Downhill Training

Postby onetwothree » Tue Mar 27, 2018 7:45 am

Hey everyone,
I'm training for a 7 km downhill run (1st km uphill). Last years time was 27:21, this years time one month out is 29:35. How can I drastically drop my time in one month? I don't think I have much for technique at the moment. Just suffering through it. I would appreciate any help! How should I train?

Thank you!

hey I don't have an answer for your question because I'm no pro and a month isn't a long time... but welcome to RM! (and I'm sorry no one responded sooner!)

How steep is the downhill?? That's a long downhill.
