Well so much for walking again....back to taking it easy. Have been doing a ball routine (my trainer gave me a couple of years ago) and back to using my exercycle. Heel a bit tender so decided to pull back for
awhile.

Blood results say cholosterol really high at 6.8 and dr says if not down by Sept he will have to put me on meds. Have been seeing a nutritionist since beg of June - test taken in May - so maybe they are lower, who knows? Anyway, doing my best lost 12 lbs so far so hopefully he will
be happier with that.

Have a good day everyone!

I guess you can't rush or push these things...healing up is first and foremost...It can be frustrating. :?

Hang in there...

Be healthy and get back at it when you're able.

Sorry to hear about the setback, Karen. :(

Do you have any more treatment planned?

Doing not too badly - thanks for asking. We just came back from having two family reunions in one week, one in Toronto and one all the way up in Goderich on Lake Huron - great time.
Lots of walking in Niagara at the Falls and the next day the heel told me
to take it easy so I did - watched the soaps on tv, read, and just generally vegged for the day.

All is good so far - now for a week's laundry - UGH! love holidays - hate the laundry.:)
