Saturday in Dunedin (Ontario, not Florida) will start at 5 degrees with some cloud. The high will be 15 with isolated showers. There is an aid station at 6K, but bring a water bottle if running 7K without a drink.

Have a good time, everyone!! Thanks for putting on the second annual Dunedin Run, Pierre. I really liked the venue and the course last year. Nothing like running on country roads along fields dotted with grazing sheep, then making a sharp left onto the glorious Bruce Trail.

Unfortunately I am working this weekend and will miss the Bruce, but I will be back there soon. I am slowly getting back into running and that massive long downhill into Dunedin would be really aggravating my IT band at the moment. I've never been happier to work on a weekend.
