Ontario Spring Warm-up Sign-up is Up!

Hey all.

This year's event will again take place in Dunedin, Ontario (NOT Florida). If you have no idea where Dunedin Ont. is, you are not alone! It is sort of a suburb of Creemore. Drive north on Airport road until you are lost, then turn left. I can fathom paying $35 to run a fun run, but be warned that you run the risk (pun, yes) of winning the grand prize. The prize is a cleverly disguised ploy that forces you to run 10 trail or ultra races in 2013, which would be incredibly traumatic for some of us.

This year's theme is 13. One of the routes (the one where you don't get lost and eaten by coyotes) is 13K and the event is on April 13, 2013...
