Running Friends

It has been a long time since posting here but I just wanted to draw your attention to a great newer adventure race/run in Haiti in March 2014.
You can read all about it here
http://www.runhaiti.com/events/

Presently I am living in Haiti and would love to see Maniacs down here. I spent yesterday walking some of the trails the race is held on and wow what a beautiful place to run.

You can check out the website for all the details of the event but I will tell you the first day is 17 miles 5000 ft accent 2nd day about 30 miles and the last day 26 miles (18 down hill)

Running a bit when I can find the time - just re-fixed my treadmill so no excuses now.
