If it is not raining, its not too bad. No huge hills, just lots of little ones and enough roots and rocks to keep you honest. The course can wear you down the longer you run it.

50km for me, and maybe Sudbury on the Sunday if I can arrange packet pickup. Everything seemed to hold up pretty well after PYP and Waterloo last weekend...

That was ... fun? Trails were in better shape than I'd expected, but the hills and heat really beat me up. And those were some pretty big climbs lol.
Great organization and volunteers, everyone was super friendly.

Trails were in great shape. A couple of decent climbs each 12.5 km but I looked forward for the guilt free walking I could do on them. No falls for me this year.

I really enjoyed that. It was a beautiful day and a beautiful place to run.
