This is one example os a beginner training program. I'm mixed on it in that it doesn't use back to back long runs. Maybe you don't need that for 50kms but I sure liked how it made me mentally strong. I also believe in a bit more cross training than this program has but I'll post it as a "framework". They list Wed as an optional training day of running or x-train. I'll label it as x-train...
