TRX Trainer-HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I read alot about this piece of equipment in the past and saw that all kind of athletes including endurance athletes were raving about it.

So, I got trained on it for one session and bought one to have at home.

I can't say enough about it and the good thing is it lessens the time I need to be at the gym. Now with a spin bike at home and the TRX, along with my outside activities, I hardly need to go to the gym which will save me time.

It is relatively inexpensive, about $200, but well worth it. Fantastic, tough workout and you won't get bored with it as there are so many different exercises you can do with it. Check out the site. There is a section specifically for endurance athletes as well.

i bought one but haven't used it yet. need to get a door anchor thing i think. looking forward to using it.

You are going to love it. Very simple to set up and use. I think they may have the door anchors at Twist conditioning on the North Shore.

that is where i was going to get mine. the TRX came from them at the BMO expo.
