Pinched Nerve?

Postby JoaniB » Wed Aug 10, 2011 10:41 am

Morning, all,

I pinched a nerve this morning in my upper back. Will it be aggravated by my scheduled running at lunch, or should I let it rest?

I think in the past, I let it rest every time, but I really want to go on a run at lunch to clear my head a bit. Help?

So I gave it a shot at lunchtime. The result is: neutral.

While I don't think I did it any harm (as in, it doesn't hurt more), the run did not, as I had hoped, loosen up whatever is pinching or tweaking the nerve.

I guess I'll just have to recover from this the way I recover from anything but knee injuries: ignore it until it goes away!

I wondered if you had gone out for your run.
I saw your post but had no useful advice
