I ran 5 K tonight!!!!

I haven't ran 5 K since Claudie and I ran it together at the Wolfe in ohhh....what was it? 2006? :lol:

That is a major distance that can feel all uphill at first. Now you can enjoy the otherside and enjoy the ride! There will be no stopping you.
