Hi,been away for awhile....now found

Hey All.
I have returned after a short 9 year absence....lol. Stopped running for a bit, was involved in my sons life, minor sports coach, trainer, schooling etc. He is a free teen now, and I have returned to my hobbies, one of them is running. Have done 5, 10 km and half in past... starting off slow, and hoping to have enough training under belt to hit a few races in 2019... Happy New Year to All...

Happy New year! this board isn't too active anymore but there is so much knowledge available. Good luck in starting back up! Do you have some goals for 2019?

Thank you for the welcome, yes board seems extremely quiet. New goals for 2019, complete 10 km, see how that goes, and re think future/fall goals
