Doonst....

Fantastic...you're become quite the endurance runner...I remember our visit on the Patio at The Grizzly Grill...where you were obviously being much too modest about your abilities :D

Mind you....I like to think that now that you have "moi" as an official fan this will be a powerful motivator in your coming races

Good work Sheldon...and good for you to get doggie out for a romp on the Bruce Trail after two hard races :D

I'm kind of jealous that Doonst has an official fan and I don't. :( :P

This fall tour is nuts, wish I was doing it with you guys (though I am considerably slower).

Great job this weekend, only 6 more to go.

I can only wish to put together a slate of races like you guys! I would have to travel a couple of provinces and a state to do that!!! I am awed that you can do it week after week!!! Congrats!!
No one cares what I would do; therefore, I can do anything!!

I ran 42.2k; Let's see the other donald try to trump that

Sheldon....what you (and the Crazy Canuck counterparts) have pulled off this weekend is awe inspiring to myself & the others in our community...

The fact that you are also doing so well in placing in these races is also incredible...

My visor is off to you Sir!

Nope. I said that this is my 50th September. Just had my 50th summer, next my 50th Thanksgiving, Christmas etc. I was born in April 1957. Sorry for the confusion.

I don't know how you guys do it! Two races in one weekend and you hit your goal on both. I'm in awe and inspired. Keep it coming. :)

Oops. My misunderstanding... there I go starting rumours!
For the record, I think 1957 was a great year [says she enjoying her 50th September as well].

Hey Sheldon,

I missed this report (among others!).

Way to go on your speedy times!! As a fellow 2in-24er, I'm impressed!

And thanks for the note on my PB. ;)

I wish I could join you folks for more of your fall tour madness...

Way to go Sheldon !!! I can't believe you're going to be 50 next year  I never knew what age group you ran in and I thought you were much, much younger. Just goes to show what running can do for a person 8) You're showing all these young studs around here how it's done
