It is funny how everyone has different perspectives, i found the bridge really short and easy, but the wind in Windsor was bad (it must have shifted a bit when i got there).

Very impressive and consistent running Mr. Sheldon! How many PBs have you got since the beginning of the Fall Tour?????
I run because it's fun.

In another life:
3 marathons including Boston twice (PB: 3:47), 6 halfs (PB: 1:45), 6 10k (PB: 46:41) and 3 5ks (PB: 21:00)

I have had 2 half PB's and 2 25 K PB's since the tour started. Also one new distance, 20 (or 19.3) K. Two more halfs were within 70 seconds of my best. The last two halfs were the double race weekend.
