3:25, I wish! Even if I kept up the same pace, (not possible) it would be 3:31. In all honesty, I have not finalized my time goal. Going out anywhere near that hard might increase the possibility of a crash and burn final 10 K.

As a slight aside, I figured my 10 K splits from the results page.

Congratulations ( a bit late but I had not read your report before ) Doonst, you were really speeding....I mean flying with your orange pants!!! . Please tell us again the website where you purchase the tights. I bet you if I had run with those tights I would had beaten the Joggler ..........my nose is growing!!!
