I am running out of things to say to your race reports Robbie. Onwards and upwards at a rate that just doesn't stop. What a tough course to PB on, you really are an inspiration. Probably the best example here of an everyman who crawled his way from 4 hour plus marathons down to what you do today, by just hard work and some thinking. Our own Brian Sell.

One fine day
This blackbird's mute gonna sing again
One fine day

So all you sinners come out
And all you drunkards crawl out
Come into the light of one fine day

Um, what Doonst said. Your running achievements are truly, truly inspirational. Sub-3 awaits, there's absolutely no doubt in my mind.

Rob,

You are just so awesome! We were on the edge of our seats out here waiting for your result.

Wow, you make me wanna go running and feel some pain. You really inspire me to get better. You deserve all the success you are getting, you seem to have it all together. The physical, the mental and the spirit.

No doubt you havent even reached half of your potential and that amazing things are in store for you.

Well done!!!!!!!!!!!

Keep charging!!!

You're an animal!!! I'm so in awe of how fast you are. You would have come so close to 3:00 on an easier course and without some of that nasty wind! Congrats!!!

Congratulations! A wildly successful race in my eyes. You freak me out. I think about what you're doing when I find a run particularly difficult. What would Robbie do?

Just amazing Rob. Wow, just amazed. How long did it take you to get from 4hr to this level? Truly inspirational.

I can't wait until you take down Lance

That is exactly the way I think. There are thousands of "yahoos" that can run under 3 hours, no reason that I can't be a yahoo too, no reason why anyone can't if they want to.
