Congrats Jen! Nice medal. I can only dream of running 5K as fast as you. I have my first race next weekend here in town.

Good job with the PB Jen! Maybe the runs you missed were a blessing in disguise, providing you with some forced tapering.
I run because it's fun.

In another life:
3 marathons including Boston twice (PB: 3:47), 6 halfs (PB: 1:45), 6 10k (PB: 46:41) and 3 5ks (PB: 21:00)

Terrific Job. Nicely done. Congratulations on the PB and Hardware....but those picture are incredible. What a gorgeous place to run.

The one of the winner freaks me out though! It looks like he is missing the bottom half of his leg!

It does, thanks. It took a lot of patience. Now the trick is to not fall into that hole again this year.
