I'm so glad the knee was OK! Great news. I'm glad you had a good "dress rehearsal".

Good work on ATB, looks like you are good to go for Beantown!

ETA: And THANKS for sticking around to watch me finish- that made me SMILE! (even if you didn't just stick around to see me- i am telling myself that you did since you left right after i came in!).

Sheldon! Very nice race/ training run buddy! Very glad you got a chance to run a bit with Dennis! Glad you were both out! I saw La there - always nice to bump in to her!

Nice job and time - hey any long runs left in you in the forks before Boston? Since I don't feel horible from yesterday, I think I'll run Mississauga -

Great to run a bit with ya, buddy! You kept me honest for the last few kms, when my mind was in danger of wandering - and just for the record, I actually meant to let YOU win by 0.2 sec, just to give you a false sense of security... 8) :D

great work Sheldon.

As a spectator - the tights were great! We knew it was you as soon as you rounded the corner out from under the bridge.....

I'm sure I got some pics - will post tonight! :)

SUPER happy to hear that the knee is good to go! :)

Great run - nice even splits!

I tried to run ATB in 2006 as a training run.....it turned into a race...I just don't have any discipline.

Congrats - and have a kickin' time in Boston!

Glad you met your goal. Doonst, I really enjoy reading about your training and how it is coming along. Though short, this race report didn't disappoint. Can't wait for you to rock it in Boston!!!!
Nice chatting with you after the race. :D

We're going to try this new thing called jogging. Or maybe it's yogging-with a silent "j". Apparently you just run for an extended period of time. It's supposed to be wild.
