Way to run it Al. Congratulations

Any time you are able
Every way you are able
Every where you are able
For everyone you can...
Until you are able to again

Awesome BQ on a hilly course. I ran an 8k there a few years back and the hill we hit is on the marathon route and drain us on the short race. Can't imagne it twice in a marathon.

You are such a low-key (at least you make it seem that way outwardly ;) ) guy Alain... I can see you just quietly contemplating and throwing that statement out there..

Congratulations on a race well run.. You deserve it, and...

We were close to each other on the Start line, but I didn't recognize you.
