Impressive pacing and a great time. Next year I want to get the night off and run this. Barely missed the sub 30 but you crossed another name off your list. (I would not want to be on that list!)
Keep up the hard work.

I'll tell you a secret that those predictors don't know yet, I'm quite a bit faster then those predictors think, there is a whole lot more to come, I've only just started.

The predictors don't predict limits. :)

I just meant based on your current fitness.

I have run out of superlatives to describe your races.

What happened in kilometre 7? You seemed to lose a few seconds.

Nice Job - sounds like a painful enjoyable experience. Loved the pacing - solid and even though out. Great Kick and Grunt to finish.

Yeah what a slacker. I was looking at my recent 10 K and there were 2 Ks that I was 20 seconds off pace each!
next up:

This broken wing will fly again
One fine day
This blackbird's mute gonna sing again
One fine day

So all you sinners come out
And all you drunkards crawl out
Come into the light of one fine day
