Way to go Pat, congrats on the PB. Nice to see you, even if it was only for a passing few seconds. I tried to get your attention when we passed on the bikes, but you were going so fast I don't think you even heard me yell at you.

We're going to try this new thing called jogging. Or maybe it's yogging-with a silent "j". Apparently you just run for an extended period of time. It's supposed to be wild.

Got it looked at yesterday - sublex cubix or something like that! :roll: I went to a podiatrist, who basically twisted and turned and tugged on my foot to re-align the bones and muscles. The muscle underneath my foot was "all bunched up". Now I'm back to my "normal" amount of arch pain. Which is bearable! Icing and no running for 2 days. Then back to normal! (Whew!) :D
