I hope the wonky thing with your foot isn't the same wonky thing I had -- PF and a heel spur. Get that looked at!!

Got it looked at yesterday - sublex cubix or something like that! :roll: I went to a podiatrist, who basically twisted and turned and tugged on my foot to re-align the bones and muscles. The muscle underneath my foot was "all bunched up". Now I'm back to my "normal" amount of arch pain. Which is bearable! Icing and no running for 2 days. Then back to normal! (Whew!) :D
