I feel your pain.

Well not literally but I have a nagging foot problem that is not responding too well. I think rest, ie no running, is the only answer.

I'm not good at that!

I'm not sure why you did this, but I hope you recover well. Did you actually tear anything?

I won't know how bad the knee is for a couple of weeks yet. As I type this, though, its no worse than it was last week, before the race.

Sorry the knee was giving you trouble..you know you need to rest up now before racing any more. Your next half will be much quicker. Great report and hopefully we meet someday soon.
