Just awesome Colleen!! Your drive, determination and talent are so inspiring. I want to be able to do this one day as well. I wish you all the luck in the rest of your Ironman training!

Thanks everyone! I'm hopeful this means good things for the big race. I know that I have a lot more confidence in my training than I did this time last week.

Some race pictures are up. Here is the link to mine:

There is one of me jumping over the finish line (looking down). I just about fell when I landed because my calves were so tight.
If all that you read is everything you believe then let go, then let go, then let go.

Nothing will change if you never choose.

You obviously must get this one! I love it!!!

We're going to try this new thing called jogging. Or maybe it's yogging-with a silent "j". Apparently you just run for an extended period of time. It's supposed to be wild.

Nice picture, but too bad you can't see your eyes. I'd hold to see if there's a better one at IMC. :)

I agree! But that is not to say these pic's are not good, they are. I would just wait to see how great the IMC pic's will turn out, especially at the end when you cross the finish and smashing your previous record.

Holy crap, that's a huge pb. Good for you!! Lightning, I agree, 40km/hour on a bike would be scary!! Now on a horse, that I'd do... :)
