I also just noticed that your 10K split had exactly the same pace as your overall pace. I don't know how you do that without a watch! :) Impressive.

Or just add "#t=Xs" to the normal link where X is however many seconds. You can also do "#t=XmYs" for minutes and seconds if you like.
