I ran km 18 and 19 at about 5:00 min/km and km 20 and 21 at about 4:50 min/km. I finished strong and happy

And, she also had her own personal race photographer waiting for her on the course at the 20K mark ... And, yes, that is a smile that I see on your face ... Ha !!!!

Just to be clear, I'm not trying to qualify for Boston this year...I still have about 21 min to take off my current time (so more like 23 min with a bit of a buffer). I'm *thinking* about trying for 3:50ish this fall...Boston is a 2015 or 2016 goal

Hey your picture doesn't have the logo across the front like Andy's always does. That is a great race with a negative split. Your half time looks solid for a 3:50 finish or less at Hamilton. Mcmillan would suggest faster but doubling the half time and adding 15 minutes is a solid target. Congrats again!!!

Damn straight. Re: race photo. I think that by now Joe knows how to stay out of the dog house. Ha ha!

Congrats Jes on an amazing 1/2m PB. Wow. It was well-paced and executed perfectly, I'd say. It sounds like you're really fine-tuning your training now that you've been working so hard with ZRC and K2J for a few years now. Things are looking good for Hamilton!
