My son Arrow ran in the Dundas 5k run yesterday (Sunday August 21).
I really like the course. The first lap was around the park then they ran into downtown Dundas for 3K's and then back into and around the park for the finish. VR-Pro put on the event and as always did a great job.
Arrow came in third in his age group of 11-14 years.
I am still trainning with Arrow and hope to run a race with him soon.
Here is a pic of Arrow running up to the finish line.
