1 can (6-ounce size) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed
1/4 cup sugar or sugar substitute equivalent
4 cups cold club soda


In a large pitcher, combine cranberry juice cocktail, lemonade concentrate, limeade concentrate, and sweetener. Stir in club soda.
Serves/makes 12

Here's another one:

Lime Nasty

In a pitcher, put:
Juice of 5 Limes
1 bottle Asti Spumante

Nice and tart, not too sweet and only about 7% alcohol, so it's like a cooler.

Or, try Fruity Slushie Goodness drinks:
-big scoop of sherbert (rainbow or just one flavour, whatever)
-frozen fruit (whatever you want. I like berries)
-enough alcohol so it will blend (rum is best, but vodka & tequila work, too)
-blend

Not exactly calorie concious, but very yummy :)

WARNING - yummy and addictive and not very healthy (I can figure out WW points if anyone wants them!)

Makes 3 - 4 servings

1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup + 2 tbsp sugar (6 tbsp sugar)
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cornstarch

2 cups milk

1. Sift together dry ingredients - VERY important or it will be lumpy!
2. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, whisk the cocoa mixture into the milk a little bit at a time. Continue heating, stirring constantly, until just starting to thicken.
3. PROMPTLY remove from heat (it will take practice to know when to do this) and stir until desired thickness is reached - this will happen very quickly! Optimum thickness is that of molten chocolate (i.e. it should almost, but not quite, require a spoon to eat.)

Pour into cups and serve.
