Yikes!! Only 6 days till Christmas....where HAS this year gone?!?

Going to get in 5k on the TM after breakfast, then taking kids to church to participate in the nativity pageant, if the snow doesn't get too bad. Working like a fiend to finish oldest kid's Xmas blanket - I'm running out of time!!

Thank goodness we got the main components of Xmas dinner bought yesterday.

12.5k done. I was overdressed. Not a surprise. But I brought my backpack, so I easily stowed my layers.

Morning!

A slow 20K this morning. A thin layer of snow made it slippy! Very pleasant conditions otherwise though!

2hr03min

Have a good one.

Rest day for me - unless I get a second wind later and head down to the TM.

Spent the day on a mountain for some XC skiing yesterday. We were there for about 4.5 or 5 hours, including lunch time. Such a totally great day!

Today might be a rest day, simply because of wanting to hang with my visitng friend. I might get a little run in at some point.

About to go out to run the 16-18 I was suppose to do yesterday but I ended up watching Ironman and spinning instead. Should be interesting considering how windy it is out

25K through a few inches of mushy snow; a good leg turnover shaded me under 5:00/K.
