The 100th Tour de France (2013)

Postby La » Wed Oct 24, 2012 6:30 am

The route has been announced: http://www.letour.fr/le-tour/2013/us/pa ... neral.html

Up l'Alpe d'Huez... TWICE! And le Mont Ventoux! Can't wait!

And the TTT is back. Always cool to watch.

I'm hoping to go to France next fall, with plans to ride (part of) one of the stages. I just haven't decided which one yet.

[And please, keep this about the race/route and not about doping. We have enough threads about that already.]

Going to the Pyrenees in May instead of the Alps in the fall. Will still get to ride some of the routes from the Tour (maybe not the 2013 edition as they aren't spending a lot of time in the Pyrenees). Maybe I'll make it to the Col de Tourmalet. :)

Actually, Stage 9 will go right through the town I'm going to be in (Bagneres-de-Luchon): http://www.letour.fr/le-tour/2013/us/stage-9.html
