Got my required 20-min of running done today. I think it was about 3.6K in just under 21 minutes.

Semper Fi it was ... ran my first full marathon at MCM

gorgeous, sunny, autumn morning so I grabbed one of my trail buddies and did 4 miles up/down fisherman's trail (awesome in the fall!).
