After another rough night of sleep with a sick girl, I was up anyway, so figured a run would perk me up. 2 miles done on the treadmill.

Frantic Friday at work but taking a quick break to post that today was back to the routine, with 7.65 miles on the TM done this morning. It felt a little harder than I would have liked, but it's been that kind of week. Wishing all of you a good day and a better weekend. :)

20 minutes - that's 5 minutes more than I've ever been able to stand before.
Not likin' it, but will keep trying...

I feel like I'm never going to run outside again at this rate! Okay, not really, but this winter it seems like every time I get into a groove and start getting back on track, we get hit with some combination of heavy snow/ice/polar temps. I just need to suck it up, I know...

I had a good run today! 7km in a kind of progression, at least when I turned around I made a concerted effort to go just a bit faster than I had been. My run home was at 5:06 pace (YAY!) and my overall was 5:15... new fastest pace since spring! Woohoo!! I did 2 strides afterward too, which were fun. :)
