Easy 14K, partly on grass. We seem to have just missed the torrential downpours that hit much of the province yesterday.

Rest day today. I'm going to stretch and work on my sore calves. Final choir concert tonight!

Tired Thursday for sure. I didn't sleep well last night - kept waking up - so skipped the gym this morning in favour of a little extra rest. So glad it's a 3-day week!

13K @ 5:50 average, but the first few K were slow, so it was a huge negative split. It was a gorgeous morning for a run today!

Early to bed tonight. Flying to Washington at 6am for NWM DC this weekend. Confession: I am more excited to go exploring In washington for the first time than to run the half.

Thankfully, not too tired today! 2 miles on the treadmill in new shoes, which seemed to help the calf cramp issue I've been having. Hoping it was just dead shoes giving me issues.

21k with 9k at MP. It was supposed to be 15k at MP but reduced it to 'save" the legs for Sunday.

Definitely tired Thursday here, woke up stupid early today and I've been dragging all day. My throat and lungs were complaining throughout tonight's run, I'm still fighting something - either a cold or maybe pollen season is bugging me - all in all, the combination resulted in a draggy run.

tired here too.

9.6 miles total. First 10km for the actual run part of runpub, but my regular driver was carless tonight so the two of us ran down to the pub, and then afterward we walked/jogged to our respective houses so all told I ended up with about 9.6.

Super sleepy. Happy for Friday.
