An hour and twenty minutes of sweaty run/walk in the park this morning. Longest run since...May!

I got some bursitis in my elbow 12 days ago and it got infected and I had cellulitis...nice red, swollen arm etc. plus having to wear/carry an IV pump and bag for 9 days. Arm is back to normal and I get the go/no-go Wednesday morning. Then I can deal with the original bursitis....Has meant no running or soccer for 2 weeks in total.

That sounds miserable, Nick. I'm glad that you are feeling better now--get all well quick!
