11km after work. The wind was a little cool but I'll take that any day over the kind of crap we had last month!

Re: THURSDAY
I did Lauren Fleshman's "Taylor Swift" workout today... http://blog.strava.com/wow-the-taylorswift-9516/
4x400 at goal 5k pace with 1 min in between, then 3 min recovery
4x300 a bit faster, 45 seconds in between, 3 min recovery
4x200m a bit faster, 30 seconds in between.
It was fun, and I got it done in 41 minutes, 5 miles including warmup and a tiny little cool down. I really, really need to run a 5k soon though, as I totally guessed wrong about the pacing... In a good way... But still, lol, I have no idea! It didn't really feel as hard as it should've, and I don't know if I just need to start at a much faster pace, or jog/"float" the 1 min recoveries, or shorten the 3 min gaps, or what. Anyway, I felt fit at the end anyway, and it's a better feeling than crashing and burning! If you try this one, definitely guess your pace aggressively!

Hahaha.... For some reason I'm seeing ads now on Tapatalk, and right under Robin's post is an ad telling me to drop my pants for underwire-ness- it's a depends ad. It absolutely looked like her signature or part of her post. Thanks for that Robin, lol!!

Re: THURSDAY
5 miles with runpub. I was struggling on the run... which made the pub part all the better. :)
