I'm not superstitious! Just another Friday.

Heading to the gym shortly to do the virtual workout.

I postponed my 45min run to Monday, after the Open 15.3 workout tomorrow and with a few extra recovery days. My calves and achilles are still sore and the last thing I need is an injury.

This is still the acclimation phase, so it's no big deal really. Thing will find their groove once the Open is over.

Ironboy - 15 min, 30 min, 45 min? That's quite the ramp-up!

11 km for me along the sad-looking canal this morning with the stroller. Fingers took some time to get warmed up.

Probably should have gone outside this time, but it was 7 and the sun was heading down… bah. I'll be going out on Sunday for sure. 30 minutes easy on the treadmill today.
